Private Residence – Dubai
For this prestigious renovation project, Belgica Stone Art was entrusted with a series of bespoke natural stone works that redefined the character of the home.
Our scope included exterior wall cladding in Silver Travertine, Greek marble flooring throughout the interiors, and a sculptural staircase enhanced with integrated LED lighting. The highlight of the project is a monumental onyx door with a translucent effect, internally illuminated by LEDs, creating a dramatic yet refined transition between the main hall and the family living areas.

Toby’s Estate – Jumeirah, Dubai
In 2023, Belgica Stone Art contributed to the creation of one of Dubai’s most refined coffee destinations: Toby’s Estate.
Under the design direction of Verhaal Studio (founded by Neydine Bak and Dewald Struwig in Sydney), we carried out detailed stone works in beige travertine and dark emperador marble. The result is a space that reflects contemporary sophistication and Toby’s Estate’s dedication to coffee excellence, blending warm textures with architectural precision.
